For any requests, please fill out the form below. Please note that requests can only be accepted for the practice in Pforzheim.

After completing this registration, it is required that you call during the following office hours to discuss your request and possibly schedule an appointment:

Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays: 11.50am to 12.20pm

Due to the sometimes high call frequency during office hours, it may happen that you cannot reach me during the scheduled times. In that case, please leave a message on the answering machine. I will return your call as soon as possible.

Any calls received outside of the aforementioned office hours cannot be taken into account.
