As a dual national hailing from New York State and raised in Germany, I believe culture and adaptation processes are an exceptional challenge in today’s globalized world – especially with regards to personal relationships. With my personal background and my experience working with individuals from various nations and cultural backgrounds, I am particularly mindful of cultural topics in relationships and personal struggles.
My approach to mental health and healing stems from the firm belief that each individual has their very own narrative and personal history which plays a part in their current life and struggles. I am convinced that through improved self-awareness comes change in patterns of thinking and behavior, so that the patient can shape their life more easily.
